Methodology
Manual Cell Count and Differential examination includes: clarity, color, total volume, microscopic examination for RBCs and WBCs, xanthochromia, and differential cell count.
Testing is performed on tube #4 or the last of the tubes collected.

Collection Instructions: Rejection criteria include unlabeled tube; insufficient volume, clotted, or refrigerated specimen.
