Specimen Type: Urine, 24 hour. Container/Tube: Plastic urine container.

Specimen Volume: Entire collection.

Collection Instructions: No preservative. Refrigerate specimen during collection.

Additional Information:

1. Starting and ending times of collection are required.

2. Follow instructions in Urine Collection in Special Instructions.

Submit only 1 of the following specimens:

Specimen Type: Plasma or Serum. Container/Tube: Green top (lithium heparin gel) or SST.

Specimen Volume: 1 mL. Collection Instructions: Label specimen appropriately (plasma or serum).
